Bernadette Nixon leads panel discussion on the future of AI-powered retail strategy at Retail’s Big Show in New York on January 16

Nixon’s panel, “Online retail for a new generation of shoppers - How artificial intelligence will humanize the digital experience,” will be presented on the River Pavilion’s goTRG Stage on January 16 at 11:00 a.m. ET.
The session will discuss how retail’s shift to AI-driven omnichannel shopping strategies will increase profits for retail organizations and power highly immersive experiences for consumers. Nixon and her co-presenters will also provide a practical walk-through that illustrates what the digital stores of the future will look like. Nixon will be joined by Microsoft veteran and SVP of Product and User Experience at Rue Gilt Groupe, Josh Platt, and former Adobe executive and retail thought leader Michael Klein of Klein4Retail.
