After listening to your feedback and understanding your pain points, we’re thrilled to announce a major revamp to our search product pricing.  Say hello to our new developer-friendly pricing plans, Build and Grow! 🚀

Customers can save up to 60% with our new Grow Plan compared to previous plans.  Across the company, we’ve been working hard to optimize our costs so we can pass along these savings and open up Algolia to more developers.  

Algolia’s freemium journey has been heralded in the developer community for many years, and today we’re doubling down. We’ve replaced the Free plan with something even bigger and better: Algolia Build. New builders are now able to upload and index up to 1 Million records.  We truly believe this upgrade will empower even more developers to experiment and see how powerful Algolia can be for their applications.

To sum up the changes we’ve made:
