Accounts Receivable Apprentice

We're looking for a dynamic Accounting Receivable Apprentice to join our accounting team based in Paris. If you want to join a fast-growing tech start up and rapidly develop your skills by working in a dynamic and international company and team, this opportunity is made for you. In this role, you will work closely with the Accounts Receivable Accountants.
YOUR ROLE WILL CONSIST OF:
- Completing administrative documentation to clients
- Submitting invoices to clients, ensuring that this is done to their requirements (e.g. PO, invoicing portals etc.)
- Following up on debt collection emails with clients
- Resolving queries from clients related to their billing and payments
- Checking the data input in the accounting system to ensure accuracy of final bill
- Clearing client accounts in the accounting system.
YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF YOU HAVE:
- English and French: Professional (writing and speaking)
- Professionalism, courtesy, teamwork
- Attention to detail, positive attitude and proactive
- Good learning capacity, strong adaptability
- Knowledge of the Pack Office.
