Field Marketing Manager EMEA
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver field marketing across EMEA that aligns with territory budget and goals..
- Develop, socialize and execute strategy, working closely with regional sales leaders
- Execute geographically focused campaigns and activities focused on lead acquisition, driving MQL and shortening the sales cycle for key accounts. Campaigns will include on- and offline tactics, aligned with Marketing plays (integrated campaigns) and regional sales priorities.
- Produce projects from concept through completion: identify opportunities, define strategy and goals, get stakeholders buy-in, manage vendors, source speakers and audiences, create runbooks, book travels & lodging and support local team in executions
- Identify new marketing activities opportunities and and bespoke events such as executive breakfasts/dinners, webinars/online live events, customer-led events, partner events and specialty events
- Support the Partner Marketing Manager to develop and deliver joint account based partner marketing (webinar, events)
- Incorporate data-driven insights into the full event lifecycle from strategic pre-planning through post-event reporting
- Coordinate demand gen & outbound on your event portfolio with Demand Gen group
- Partner closely with members of the PR, Content, Product and Design teams on marketing collateral for driving pipeline
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven B2B Field Marketing experience in the EMEA region, ideally UK & France, ideally in a B2B software company
- 3+ years of experience in planning a range of events/webinars for multiple audiences , preferably at a tech company
- 2+ years of experience partnering with Sales/Revenue teams to develop strategies and track metrics for field events, such as influencer events, CxO dinners, conference activations, …
- Demonstrable experience working with and analyzing data from customers database like SalesForce, Marketo…
- A relentless commitment to focusing on the details and staying organized
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A wealth of event planning knowledge and executing the details for a variety of event formats - be vigilant with deadlines
- Ability to thrive in a fast-growing workplace and be flexible when priorities shift
- Data-driven mindset with focus on real-time performance optimization
- Ability to travel up to 20% (post-pandemic)
