Global Revenue Enablement Manager

RevenueUS | Remote | East coast
Algolia’s story of hyper growth is beginning - Be a pivotal part of impacting the business by joining the Revenue Enablement Team. In this role, it will be your mission to help create an environment of continuous learning and engage our revenue roles to pursue, achieve, and maintain effectiveness. You will be a strategic and trusted partner, helping to create, define, and optimize onboarding, learning & development & strategic GTM projects for revenue roles at Algolia.

YOUR ROLE WILL CONSIST OF:

  • Identify knowledge & skill gaps across revenue teams; determine opportunities to improve processes resulting in positive business outcomes
  • Work cross-functionally with various departments to best equip the revenue team
  • Optimize onboarding programs & bootcamps creating predictability, reduced ramp and enhanced hiring profiles for 12 revenue roles
  • Build experiences to drive adoption of GTM strategies, products, processes, methodologies with measurable outcomes tied to revenue KPIs
  • Project manage metric driven programs designed to increase revenue and decrease cost of sale
  • Help to implement and administer certifications through onboarding and L&D  programs to ensure knowledge retention and adherence to the process
  • Ensure tooling & assets delivered to the field create maximum productivity
  • Field ad hoc content and support requests from revenue team
  • Assist on prospect & customer calls, demos and deal strategies as needed

YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF YOU HAVE:

  • Project management and problem solving skills 
  • Interpersonal and strong organizational skills
  • Strong sales acumen with sales experience
  • Experience working in events cross-functionally with various departments
  • Ability to gain the trust of reps and revenue leaders and to have a trusted voice
  • Excellent presentation skills (oral and written), as well as ability to motivate, teach, empower, and inspire

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Experience with tech stack like Salesforce.com, Highspot, Workramp, Chorus.ai
  • 5+ years of experience working in a SaaS organization 
  • Experience in a hyper growth environment
