Recruiting Coordinator Intern - EMEA

We are looking for passionate individuals to join our fast growing EMEA team and make a difference from Day One. Someone who isn’t afraid of autonomy, who loves tackling complex day-to-day coordination tasks and eager to own process improvements for our recruiting organization.
We expect you to take ownership and be able to execute without defined processes and implicit direction. We're looking for candidates who raise the level of our teams. You also know that providing an exceptional candidate experience for every applicant is crucial to our ability to attract great talent.

Your role will consist of:

  • Owning the recruitment process scheduling interviews and on-site visits
  • Following up continuously with candidates on the recruiting status via phone or email - you will be THE point of contact of candidates
  • Being an Algolia ambassador at all times and give candidates the most positive and memorable experience from beginning to end
  • Always keeping identifying opportunities to improve existing processes, implement new workflows and tools, and improve our candidate experience and coordination efficiency
  • Working with recruiters to be on top of our candidate pipelines
  • Managing all job postings across EMEA in Sales, Engineering, Marketing and more
  • Owning our ATS and tools
  • Working on projects you are passionate about

You might be a good fit if you have:

  • Can work cross functionally and across multiple levels to build a world class candidate experience
  • Hands-on with that can-do attitude
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Care about people and their professional happiness: a sincere customer service approach is key
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the natural ability to make and build relationships
  • Desire to go above and beyond to connect with your team and co-workers
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills required
  • Can provide an internship agreement for 6 months
