Sr. Manager, Partner Marketing

We’re looking for an experienced, creative, result-driven Sr. Manager, Partner Marketing to create and run integrated marketing campaigns with our Partners to build awareness and drive revenue. This includes messaging, sales enablement, campaign management and execution, and demand generation.
You’ll report to our Director of Field & Partner Marketing and work closely with Partner AEs, Field Marketing, Sales, Demand Generation, Marketing and many other teams, to create experiences that inspire & educate our partner ecosystem, bring our brand to life and help expand our reach.

  • Market-with-partners: plan, contribute & execute joint-marketing activities with the Algolia’s Technology & Solution Partners to meet defined KPIs. 
  • Market-to-partners to increase inbound flow & partner interestDrive thought leadership and demand generation in coordination with the broader marketing team (Field Marketing, Events, Content, Design) to target joint customers and prospects
  • Execute key assets for partner education and campaign fulfillment, including collateral, joint-value playbooks, newsletters, presentations, case studies, webinars, and more
  • Manage funding requests, co-marketing budgets, and reporting to measure ROI effectiveness and pipeline impact
  • Assist on Partner Portal & program execution (1-to-many): content, best practices, experience


  • 6+ years of direct experience building and managing partner marketing programs in a B2B software company
  • 1-2 years of experience partnering with technology partners such as AWS, Magento, Shopify, Salesforce, Microsoft, Google Cloud, etc.
  • A successful track record of developing partner lead pipeline through webinars, email campaigns, events, paid and other creative programs
  • Excellent written & communication skills with a unique ability to translate technology features into business benefits
  • Demonstrated success in highly collaborative partnerships with other marketing and cross-functional leaders both inside and outside the company to achieve goals
  • Data-driven mindset with focus on real-time performance optimization
  • Strong creativity and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-growing workplace and be flexible when priorities shift
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • Experience at our current stage and beyond ($50-200M ARR range, high growth, lots of change and building internal infrastructure) 


  • Experience working with and analyzing data from customers database like SalesForce, Marketo…
