How do I reset two-factor authentication (2FA) on my account?
To reset the two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, please email email@example.com and provide the following information:
- Your application ID
- One of the following:
- the last five digits of your Admin API key,
- or the last four digits and expiration date of the credit card linked to your account.
Only once you’ve provided all this information can we reset two-factor authentication on your account. If you have any additional questions, please contact our support team.
