# Dynamic scaling infrastructure

Dynamic scaling infrastructure automatically scales search and indexing resources as demand changes.

If you're on Algolia's **Elevate** plan
(see [Pricing](https://www.algolia.com/pricing/)),
dynamic scaling infrastructure hosts your application.
Some services need specific hosting,
such as [AWS Marketplace](/doc/guides/billing/marketplaces/amazon-web-services).
For those, Algolia hosts your <Application /> on that platform instead.
Otherwise, Algolia picks the best infrastructure for your application and
may migrate it to dynamic scaling infrastructure later.

## Scalability

Dynamic scaling infrastructure scales automatically as demand changes.
Search and indexing resources can scale independently.
With [classic infrastructure](/doc/guides/scaling/infrastructure/classic/servers-clusters),
scaling requires assistance from Algolia's [support team](https://support.algolia.com/hc/en-us/requests/new).

## Access to new features

Some features, like [NeuralSearch](/doc/guides/ai-relevance/neuralsearch/get-started),
require dynamic scaling infrastructure.

## Limitations

Dynamic scaling infrastructure doesn't support all features available on classic infrastructure.
For example:
