The venue

Per Se is the cosmopolitan cousin of The French Laundry in Napa Valley, the restaurant that put chef Thomas Keller on the culinary map. At Per Se you’ll enjoy exceptional ingredients prepared with classic French techniques, while basking in the views of Central Park below. Keller is one of the world’s most decorated chefs, and the only US-born one to attain multiple three-star Michelin ratings at once. 
Order of events
  • 6 - 7pm: Arrivals, cocktails and networking hour
  • 7 - 9pm: Seated, five-course tasting menu with wine pairing
  • 9 - 9:30: Coffee, digestifs and mingling
