Current version (9/25/2024)
These Algolia Grow Plan Terms and Conditions are incorporated into and form a part of your agreement with Algolia, including the Algolia Terms of Service available at https://www.algolia.com/policies/terms/.
Algolia will provide Subscriber with access to the Algolia Grow Plan (Algolia Search) to use up to 100,000 Records, 10,000 Search Requests per month and 10,000 Recommend Requests per month (the “Usage Limit”) free of charge in accordance with the Documentation, including any limitations set forth in the Documentation.
If Subscriber’s use reaches the Usage Limit, Algolia will invoice Subscriber for the number and per Search Request price, Record price and per 1,000 Recommend Requests price set forth in the order summary of the dashboard.
The Algolia Grow Plan (Algolia Search) is subject to (i) an average 10 kilobyte per record size limit, (ii) a maximum size per record limit of 100 kilobyte, (iii) a maximum data size of 100 gigabytes per application, (iv) a maximum per index size limit of 100 gigabytes, and (v) a maximum of one (1) application for all subscribed Services. If Subscriber exceeds the limit on record size and data size per application, Algolia may either degrade or suspend Services until Subscriber adjusts usage to fit plan limits. Algolia Recommend is subject to Subscriber implementing the Algolia Insights API.
Algolia will provide Subscriber with access to Crawler subject to the limitations set forth in the Documentation and the Self-Service Crawler Terms of Service available at: https://www.algolia.com/policies/self-service-crawler/https://www.algolia.com/policies/self-service-crawler/ (“Crawler Terms of Service”). Algolia will provide Subscriber with 10,000 resources crawled per month free of charge. Once Subscriber's usage reaches 10,000 resources crawled per month, Algolia will automatically invoice Subscriber for the additional usage at the 1,000 resources crawled per month price set forth in the dashboard, in accordance with these terms. By using Crawler, Subscriber agrees to the Crawler Terms of Service.
Algolia will invoice Subscriber based on Subscriber’s monthly usage on a monthly basis in arrears. Subscriber will pay all fees in the currency set forth in the invoice. If Subscriber elects to pay by credit card, Algolia will charge (and Subscriber will pay) all fees immediately when invoiced. If Algolia agrees to invoice Subscriber, all fees are due upon invoicing. Subscriber’s obligation to pay fees is non-cancellable, and Algolia's measurement of Subscriber's use of the Services is final. Any terms and conditions in a Subscriber purchase order do not apply to this subscription and are null and void.
