I have been a tech entrepreneur throughout my entire career, starting my first company while I was
in college. I managed engineering teams and worked as a full-stack software engineer for more
than 10 years.
I’m a graduate of three startup accelerator programs: Techstars Montréal AI (2019, with MorphL), Prosper Women Entrepreneurs in the U.S. (2016, with Appticles) and Startupbootcamp in Denmark (2010). I believe mentorship and community play a big role in personal growth. Inspired by Prosper, I co-founded Codette, a non-profit that supports diversity and helps girls explore careers in Computer Science.
After MorphL's acquisition by Algolia, I joined as Director of AI Engineering for 4 years, where I led high-performing engineering teams building AI-powered search and discovery products - contributing millions in ARR for the company.
