At its core, Human Element was built on the belief that people matter – and it is reflected in everything we do.

Human Element was started in 2004 by managing partners Jason Magee and Ben Lorenz because they wanted to be a part of a company that valued human connection with a strong foundation in what they know best: software development and consulting. Fast forward 20 years and the Human Element of today has grown to be a Bronze Adobe partner, making it on the Inc. 5000 list 3 years running, acknowledged for being one of the top 50 companies to watch in Michigan, and most importantly, never losing the standards set when it all started.

The full-time Human Element staff consists of in-house Information Architecture, Business Consulting, Design, Development, Search Engine Optimization and Project Management resources all based out of our Ann Arbor, Mi offices.
