With all of the questions swirling around how B2B organizations can take advantage of new generative AI technologies, the one we hear the most is “Who should own Gen AI in my business?”

If genAI is just a new technology, why wouldn’t ownership of it live with all other technologies? If it's just an enabler, why wouldn't it live with other tools like CRM, which typically are managed by business units?
