These Algolia Free Plan Terms and Conditions are incorporated into and form a part of your agreement with Algolia, including the Algolia Terms of Service available at www.algolia.com/policies/terms.
Algolia will provide Subscriber with access to the Algolia Free Plan (Algolia Search) to use up to 50,000 Records, 10,000 Search Requests per month and 5,000 Recommend Requests per month (the “Usage Limit”) free of charge in accordance with the Documentation, including any limitations set forth in the Documentation.
If Subscriber’s use reaches the Usage Limit, Algolia may suspend the applicable Service or apply an Algolia attribution to the search results until Subscriber chooses a subscription plan that accommodates Subscriber’s usage needs.
The Algolia Free Plan (Algolia Search) is subject to (i) a maximum size per record limit of 10 kilobyte, (ii) a maximum data size of 1 gigabyte per application, (iii) a maximum per index size limit of 1 gigabyte and (iv) a maximum of one (1) application for all subscribed Services. If Subscriber exceeds the limit on record size and data size per application, Algolia will either degrade or suspend Services until Subscriber adjusts usage to fit plan limits. Algolia will make the Services available to Subscriber free of charge until the earlier of (a) Subscriber reaching the Usage Limit, (b) the start of any paid subscription for such Services, or (c) termination of the Services by Algolia at its sole discretion.
Algolia Recommend is subject to Subscriber implementing the Algolia Insights API. If your account remains inactive for more than 30 days, Algolia may remove your Subscriber Data.
Algolia will provide Subscriber with access to Crawler subject to the limitations set forth in the Documentation and the Self-Service Crawler Terms of Service available at: https://www.algolia.com/policies/self-service-crawler/ (“Crawler Terms of Service”). Algolia will provide Subscriber with 5,000 resources crawled per month free of charge. Once Subscriber's usage reaches 5,000 resources crawled per month, Algolia will suspend Crawler until Subscriber chooses a subscription plan that meets Subscriber’s usage needs. By using Crawler, Subscriber agrees to the Crawler Terms of Service.
